Creating a mobile map package from an enterprise geodatabase as Data User returns a "Failed to Load" error message when downloading to ArcGIS Field Maps. This issue only occurs if there are extra spaces and returns in a field in the feature class.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible when sharing the mobile map package in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3.

Workaround

  1. Import the feature class into a file geodatabase.
  2. Add the data to the map.
  3. Share the map as a mobile map package to ArcGIS Online.
  4. Download the mobile map package to ArcGIS Field Maps.
