Creating a matrix heat chart with a larger number of records in ArcGIS Pro versions 3.0.0 and 3.0.3 returns the error "Not enough memory to generate the chart."

Additional Information

In ArcGIS Pro 3.0, the charts team implemented a limit on the number of chart elements that can be displayed on a matrix heat chart to prevent the chart from freezing or crashing when attempting to draw too many elements. A matrix heat chart does not draw if the total number of cells (for example, the number of unique row values * the number of unique column values) is more than 100,000. The error message is to be updated for this scenario to make it clearer why the chart is not drawing.
