Workaround

If a KML Network Link is created through the REST Services Directory, the output will be correct. The KMZ resulting from Server Manager can be edited by going to <a href="file:C:/inetpub/wwwroot/ArcGIS/kml" target="_blank">C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ArcGIS\kml</a> and manually correcting any errors in the KML within the KMZ file.
