Bug
Creating a join between two feature classes or tables in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2 fails and returns the error, “Table is already locked” if locks are present in the geodatabase.

This issue is non-reproducible. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Use ArcMap.
- Use lower versions of ArcGIS Pro, except 2.9.2.
- Remove all locks from the geodatabase and provide an exclusive lock to the user.
