Creating a graticule in ArcMap, then changing the Style of the graticule, shifts the longitude lines of the graticule 7,300 meters east.

Workaround
When setting the style to "Graticule with Sub ticks" or any other style for that matter - the Interval Origin is being set to a default value (goto to the Intervals Tab and the origin is set to -119 52, 11 59).If you set the origin to -180, -90 then the correct Interval Origin will be set, and the graticule will be located correctly.
