Creating a feature class with a Date field that does not allow null values, and adding it as a feature service to the GeoForm Web Application template, automatically populates the Date entry form with 12/29/1899.

Additional Information
There is an option in the Geoform builder on the Fields tab. Click the gear icon next to the non-nullable field and check the checkbox for "Set this field with the current date and time". This should be handled by the app creator before distributing to app users.Steps to Reproduce
