Creating a closed line feature in ArcGIS Pro does not complete if the time taken to snap the last and first feature is too long.

Additional Information

This behavior is as designed. The workaround is during the sketch, place the final vertex near required location, hover over the final vertex and when cursor changes, move it and snap onto the first vertex to create a closed loop. Click Finish on the Editing toolbar or hit F2 on keyboard.
