Workaround

  • Use a geodatabase version lower than 10.7.x.
  • The versions could be created and deleted successfully by an operating system (OS) authenticated user from ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro.
  • The version can be created by an OS-authenticated user by running the Create Version geoprocessing tool.
