Create feature class > From XY table in ArcMap 9.2 does not allow to adjust Z domain for geodatbase feature class.

Workaround
1. convert .txt table to shapefile first, then use export/load/import tools to convert from shp to fc 2. if there is existing feature class or shp, then X,Y,Z domain can be imported through Spatial Coordinate System menu, and then tool will work.Steps to Reproduce
