Workaround
Any of these 3 solutions will work (more details for these solutions are in the Description section):(1) Delete the Normal.3dt file and reopen ArcGlobe(2) Reset the normal on the Tools > Options dialog (Default layers tab)(3) Manually point to the default Globe document using Tools > Options dialog (Default layers tab)
