We do not have plans to address this issue at this time.Workaround
1. Open the attached test.mxd map document. 2. Use the Select Features tool present on the Tools toolbar to select some features.3. Right-click the Records option in the Table of Contents > Open Attribute table.4. Right-click one of the selected rows > Copy Selected.5. Launch Notepad application.6. Use the Edit > Paste option to paste the contents to Notepad.Notice that this time all the fields are copied.Steps to Reproduce
