Additional Information

Please upgrade to later version of ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro. This issue is not reproducible with ArcMap 10.5.1 or later and ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4 or later.

Workaround

  • Upgrade to ArcMap 10.5.1 or 10.6.1.
  • Use ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4.
The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro or more recent ArcMap versions (10.5.1 and later).
