Copying and pasting a feature class with an attribute rule that references another feature class updates the attribute rule to copy the referenced feature class name.

Additional Information

This is as designed. When using Arcade FeatureSetByName in attribute rules, a relation is established and all classes that are referenced become related to this class. When copying and pasting the class, all related classes are brought with it the same way a physical relationship is created between the classes. Paste Special allows the desired class to be brought over.
