Bug
CoordinateSystemsControl does not trigger SelectedSpatialReferenceChanged when a vertical coordinate system is selected and always activates the vertical coordinate system's leaf node after ShowVerticalCoordinateSystems is set to true.

This issue is as designed; the vertical coordinate system cannot be selected unless a horizontal coordinate system is selected first. The community sample will be updated to reflect this behavior.Steps to Reproduce
