ArcGIS Field Maps' Search is designed to search using latitude and longitude format, as noted in the following documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/android/use-maps/capture.htm#:~:text=you%20sync%20them.-,At%20specific%20coordinates,-Use%20Search%20to.Workaround
Switch the coordinate order - but this is in opposite to the ArcGIS System applications (MapViewer's, ,ArcGIS Pro, ...).
