Workaround

The code to populate the layer drop-down is only including a layer from the map if the feature class associated with the layer has one of the following subtypes: ELEVATION_CONTOUR_C, SPOT_ELEVATION_P, CA010_Elevation_Contour_Line, CA030_Spot_Elevation_Point.
