Create a new field group using the following steps:
- Highlight the feature class in the Contents pane.
- On the Feature Layer contextual tab, click the Data tab and click Contingent Values from the Data Design group.
- On the Contingent Values tab, click Field Groups from the Edits group.
- Create a new field group using the Field Groups dialog box.
