Additional Information
The invalid connectivity error is expected in this scenario as the existing connectivity rules reference terminal connections that no longer exist. Running Set Terminal Configuration does not impact the rule set, as a result the J-E rules that references specific terminals are no longer valid after modifying the terminal configuration.
If the terminal configuration is altered, specify a single terminal configuration. Existing rules must be deleted, and new ones are created that does not reference the terminals.
Workaround
Use the Add Rule tool to create new junction-edge connectivity rules. Use the Delete Rule tool to remove invalid rules that reference the removed terminals.
