Workaround

Primary:The recommended deployment model here is to use ArcView/Editor/Info Single Use license for a PC and for a laptop. 1 License can be installed on a PC and a laptop.Alternative:Borrow a license from the license manager prior to connecting the aircard/broadband card (and/or VPN connection) then connect the aircard/broadband card.FLEXERA WORKAROUND (See attached):Disable any "Virtual Adapters" on the system.
