Configuring the Story Telling Tabbed web template by downloading it onto a web server returns the error "Unable to Create Maps: syncMaps not defined".

Workaround
1. Open a web map in the <a href="http://ArcGIS.com" target="_blank">ArcGIS.com</a> Map Viewer and share the web map as an application. 2. Instead of downloading the map application, click Publish. This creates the webmap as a web mapping application on <a href="http://ArcGIS.com" target="_blank">ArcGIS.com</a>.3. Go to My Content and click on the web mapping application that was created. This opens the Details page. 4. On the Details page, click Configure. This opens the Application configuration page, where the web map IDs can be added, seperated by commas. 5. Save the settings and then access the application from My Content again. The application should now display correctly.Steps to Reproduce
