This is expected behavior. If no action is configured, only the objectID field is fetched when Dashboards load. However, when an action is configured, all fields must be fetched. These fields are required for actions, but it is not possible to determine in advance which fields will be used, so all fields are loaded at startup. The sample dataset contains 140,000 features and over 70 fields, which naturally increases the load time. To improve performance, it is advisable to remove any irrelevant fields from the dataset.Steps to Reproduce
