This bug is fixed in ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0.Workaround
This issue does not occur at ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0. When an agent becomes disconnected, all components registered with that agent have a status of 'No Data' or 'Critical'. This defect is logged in order to document the behavior at 2023.3.1 and report it as unexpected.
