Complex geometries are not drawn properly when multi-scale is enabled in ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

• Explode the dataset from multipart to single part. Refer to, https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/explode-a-multipart-feature.htm.
• Use a tile layer.
• Dice the Godzillas. refer to, https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-desktop/analytics/dicing-godzillas-features-with-too-many-vertices/.
