Compact cache will not display in Web ADF with an Internet connection, if an ArcGIS Online/Bing Maps/Google Maps service is in the same application and was added after the compact cache.

Additional Information

10.1 was the last release of the .NET WebADF technology. Client APIs (JavaScript/Flex/Silverlight) are recommended for web application development.

Workaround

1.) Use exploded cache. 2.) Use Flex Viewer.3.) On Layers tab use coordinate system of the compact cache service. (Doesn’t always work)
