Additional Information

New settings are introduced in ArcGIS Online with the release of partnered collaboration in ArcGIS Online 9.1 and 9.2 releases, which affect the ability to add community members to groups, the membership access setting of the group, and the privilege of a user to join groups from external organizations. The interface of ArcGIS Hub has been updated to better represent the sets of users to be added to groups (including community users), and its error messaging to indicate if users are missing necessary privileges to join a group.
