Communications Network Editor Map has feature templates that are set to create Asset Type code 323 instead of the correct code 582 for the structure pole of 'Pole with Riser'.

Workaround
- User needs to use the Drop Down to change the Asset Type to 'Pole with Riser'.
- User also needs to change the Asset Type to 'Pole with Riser' in the Aerial Spans and Poles Group Template.
