Additional Information

A Color-Coded Map is a dynamic map which changes with the current map view. Sharing only the current map view is the expected behavior when sharing the map to ArcGIS Online. Sites, such as drive times on the map are static and fixed sites; therefore, all sites on the current map can be shared even when the sites are not in the current map view. This is an expected behaviour.
