Additional Information
This behavior is no longer reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. When limiting the extent of a color-coded map to a defined site, the expected geographies are displayed. If issues are still experienced, please contact Esri support team and thank you for using ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
Workaround
- Suggested workaround from the development team:
Create individual geography sites instead of combining the seven zip codes into one site. Once the individual zip code sites are created, use Suitability Analysis to visualize the data. For example, create the individual geography sites, select Suitability Analysis > Start with Features on Map. The sites will be selected. Click Next and add criteria (for example, Total Population).
- Once the Suitability Analysis is completed, share the map to ArcGIS Online.
- In ArcGIS Online, change the symbology to reflect the total population.
