Additional Information

This is expected behavior. When utilizing the Unique Value renderer to symbolize features, the field used/set to provide the unique values is required when collecting features within the app. This is to avoid setting null values and affects the symbology for that feature on the map. This helps to maintain data integrity by requiring a valid value to be selected.
