Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 10.4.2 fails to download a custom basemap from ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 setup for SSL Offloading because the iOS app sends a POST request instead of a GET request as done by the Android version.

SSL Offloading is not supported and will disrupt many workflows, particularly with Portal for ArcGIS. Please see ENH-000095326 and ENH-000091410, both are related to adding support for SSL Offloading and ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS.Workaround
