Additional Information

The same issue occurs in ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online. Refer to BUG-000123406 (ArcGIS Server) and BUG-000123398 (ArcGIS Online).

Workaround

Increase or decrease the size of the symbol in Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online Map Viewer:

  1. Click the Change Style icon (of the particular layer).
  2. For the Select a drawing style field, select Types (Unique symbols).
  3. Select the symbol and change the size (increase or decrease).
  4. Save the service.
