Bug
Collector for ArcGIS (Android) returns the error, "Sync Error: An error occurred while synchronizing edits. The operation couldn't be completed. Failed to synchronize" if archiving is enabled on a feature class published using a geodatabase user (Data editor) having SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE privileges.
