Bug
Collector for ArcGIS (Android) 10.2.7 fails to sync to Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 hosted feature layers. This occurs if the feature layer that has been uploaded from a zipped file geodatabase and the feature layer in Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 has '.gdb' in the name, or if the ArcGIS 10.3 Data Store is hosting the managed database for Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.

Workaround
Do not include '.gdb' in items added from a zipped file geodatabase, even though it auto populates from the zipped file's name.Steps to Reproduce
