Collector for ArcGIS adds a call to EXCEPTIONS=XML when a Web Map Service (WMS) is used, causing some WMS services to not work in the Collector for ArcGIS application.

Additional Information

This issue is not addressed in ArcGIS Collector, and is not reproducible in the current release of ArcGIS Field Maps. Please migrate to ArcGIS Field Maps.

Workaround

Use the Collector for ArcGIS Classic (iOS) app or set the EXCEPTIONS parameter to XML.
