Collector for ArcGIS 17.0.1 (iOS) is unable to switch between multiple Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Servers configured to a Security Assertation Markup Language (SAML) identity with Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1.

Additional Information
Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.Workaround
- Log in to a different realm to clear the credentials cached at this point and is applicable for both Android and Windows.
- In the iOS app, there is no possibility to clear the credentials cached. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is the only way to log into a different realm.
