Collector Classic for ArcGIS 18.0.3 web map filter requires the web map to be manually refreshed for records to drop off from the map.

Additional Information

Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.

Workaround

Back out of the web map and select Info > Reload.
