This defect is addressed in the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 1 Patch. Please refer to the “Issues addressed with this patch” section of the patch page to determine the version(s) where this defect is addressed.Workaround
- Limit the workspace size to 20 items.
- Create a second workspace within the same collaboration and distribute the items across both.
- Use an ArcGIS Online organization hosted in the United States region.
