Workaround
Use codes that do not include decimal values when creating the Domains. Note: If working with Local Government Information Model Schema, do not make changes to the domain codes. The Field Calculator can be used to populate values as needed in the Local Copy, even though the domains are not present in the copied geodatabase.Steps to Reproduce
