Clicking the Play button in Tracking Analyst Playback Manager causes ArcMap 10.1 SP1 to crash if the Language and Region setting is set to English (Canada).

Change the Language and Region setting to English (United States)1) Close ArcMap.2) Open the Control Panel and select Language and Region.3) Change the language to English (United States). Click OK.4) Start ArcMap and repeat the workflow. ArcMap does not crash.Steps to Reproduce
