Clicking Save As on an ArcGIS Pro project located on a network drive folder to a different root folder on the network drive results in additional folders created in the original project's root folder.

Workaround
- Copy the project files and folders to a different folder without using ArcGIS Pro, For example, use Windows File Explorer.
- Work within the same root folder of the network drive.
