The outline around the visibility button is expected due to its gaining the keyboard focus. This appears to be new because we refactored the LayerList widget to use the Calcite Design System in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript version 4.29. Web pages must be fully accessible by someone using only a keyboard to meet web content accessibility guidelines. If an element can be clicked with a pointing device, such as a mouse, then it should also be focusable using the keyboard, and the user should be able to do something by interacting with it. In this case, when the visibility button has focus, the user can also change the visibility by pressing the space button on the keyboard. The button can gain focus by navigating to the button with the keyboard or clicking on it with a mouse.Steps to Reproduce
