Citizen Problem Reporter (ArcGIS Solution) Instant App places a point where the mouse cursor hovers over the map and does not honor the location input from the 'Find Address or Place' search bar.

This issue is not reproducible when tested by the development team and will not be addressed at this time. If the behavior recurs, please report it to Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Select 'Submit Request.'
- Leave the mouse cursor within the left side panel.
- Select 'Find Address or Place' and input the desired location.
- Select an address from the dropdown or press Enter.
- A point drops in the selected location.
- The cursor can now move freely, including outside the left side panel.
