Circle geometry graphics are created with the WKID 4326 spatial reference, even when the spatial reference is predefined to any other values in ArcGIS API for JavaScript.

Additional Information

The spatial reference of the Circle.center needs to be set. When you use latitude/longitude to create the center, it defaults to WKID 4326. Then the circle is created using a buffer from that center, so the circle geometry spatial reference is actually set in the center.

Workaround

The documentation to be updated to be clearer on this.
