Additional Information

Changes are made for the PEDATABASE code in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 to make it harder to override the built-in database objects. To allow that functionality add "(dupsok)" to the end of the PEDATABASE's value. Ex. The PEDATABASE value is to allow duplicate object definitions. This is added as an option at ArcGIS Pro 3.1. Hence, the reason it was working fine in ArcGIS Pro 2.9, but not in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and ArcGIS Pro 3.2. The new option is bolded. -;builtin(rectypes=-areainfo);objedit@C:\ProgramData\ArcGISPro\ArcGISPRO_Synced\ArcGISPro3.1\TVT\PE_custom(dupsok) Note: If the environment value with (dupsok) to an earlier version than ArcGIS Pro 3.1, it will be ignored.
