Choice Selection for Select One Type of question vanishes as soon the Plus Icon is clicked to add more values for the question under Repeats, while using Survey 123 web app.

This issue is not reproducible in the current version of Survey123. If experiencing the behavior described in this defect, reach out to Esri Technical Support for further investigation.Workaround
- In ArcGIS Survey123 Connect > Navigate to XLSXForm > Calculation field > remove expressions for questions 4 (text) and 5 (select_one_from_file).
- Publish it as a new survey to ArcGIS Online.
- In ArcGIS Survey123 web application > Launch the new survey > Select a value from the dropdown of Country field.
- Enter a random value at the field "enterrandom" and click on repeat icon, the Country field selection is maintained.
