Workaround

It is possible to get the Chinese name to display correctly in the exported GML after changing the region settings on the machine OS to China or Chinese (Simplified, PRC). 1. Control Panel -> Clock, Language and Region -> RegionSettings.2. In the the Region dialog box -> Click the Location tab -> Change the Location.3. Click the Administrative tab -> Click Change system locale -> (Simplified, PRC). Here is a link to video showing the workaround. <a href="https://www.screencast.com/t/aGvk9WepHWy" target="_blank">https://www.screencast.com/t/aGvk9WepHWy</a>
