Chinese characters from attribute table of SDE feature class do not appear correctly in various places after starting an edit session. The characters appear correctly before starting the edit session.

Once the user open up the chinese characters and it looks correctly (attribute table and symbology unique values list), it will look correctly in Identify Results dialog, Select by Attributes dialog in the unique values listbox, and in a textbox on a custom Visual Basic form.adding the following lines should fix the problemDim pCommandHost As ICommandHostSet pCommandHost = New CommandHostSteps to Reproduce
