Checking the Clear cache option under the Display setting does not clear the display cache.

Additional Information

The cache is repopulate if the view is left open after clearing the cache. This is expected. In all test cases, the defect is unable to reproduce the defect (cache is deleted). Also, be aware that the cache does not go to 0 when the cache is cleared. The starting size after creation that is non-zero.
