Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible using Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 19.1.0. Change the coordinate formatting inside the app settings through Units > Coordinates, is correctly being reflected when accessing pop-ups in a map.

Workaround

Use Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) on Android and/or iOS.
