Changing the Toolbar text color to black using the 'Settings > Style' method for a survey in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS causes camera, back and location buttons to be invisible but still functional in the Camera widget for the Image type questions when the survey is taken in the Survey123 for ArcGIS app.

Workaround
In Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, change the Toolbar text color back to the default value and republish the survey.Steps to Reproduce
